ACED is located in the centre of Port Harcourt, headquarters of Nigeria’s hydro-carbon industry. In this location, we feel and read the pulse of the Niger Delta and design sustainable social intervention schemes which confront the Niger Delta situation and address issues of local and international interest in and out of the region.
Our office is Suite 106 (1st Floor) of the unique PAN AFRICAN BANK BUILDING, a four-storey edifice now housing the Unity Bank, No. 3 Azikiwe Road, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
